材料:牛肉片;河粉; 洋蔥;芽菜;九層塔;辣椒;珀寬越式牛肉河粉醬

方法:

  1. 煮熟河粉後放碗
  2. 煲開一煲水,加一湯匙牛肉河粉醬,煮洋蔥、芽菜
  3. 熄火,最後加入牛肉、九層塔、辣椒
  4. 牛肉浸熟後將湯和湯料倒入河粉即成

Vietnam Beef Soup Noodle (Pho)

Ingredients:

Beef slices; Rice sticks; Onion; Sprout; Basil; Red pepper; Por Kwan Vietnam Beef Flavour Paste

Method:

  1. Cook through the rice stick, drain the water and put into a bowl
  2. Boil a pot of water, add one spoonful of soup paste, onion and sprout to cook
  3. Lastly, turn off the heat, add beef, basil and red pepper
  4. Soak the beef until it turns pale. Put all the soup and ingredients into the bowl of rice stick.
