英國都食到大阪燒!這個大阪燒材料粉做出來的大阪燒,外脆內軟、味道剛剛好,十足日本餐廳風味,而且超級簡單,屋企自己煮,經濟又方便。😋

做法:

  1. 椰菜、豬肉切絲,或加入蝦仁都可以
  2. 大阪燒粉加入雞蛋兩隻、水230毫升攪拌均勻,加入椰菜、蝦仁拌勻
  3. 平底鍋預熱,加小許油
  4. 倒大阪燒粉漿落鍋形成小圓形狀(一包大阪燒粉大概可煎5塊),加豬肉在面
  5. 中火煎3-4分鐘,反轉再煎煮3-4分鐘便可上碟
  6. 加上照燒汁、沙律醬、紫菜粉等配料即成
