🍜一份味噌湯底包括麵豉醬一包和配料一份，我哋有三款味噌湯底：《紫菜味噌湯底 》、《香蔥味噌湯底 》、《豆腐味噌湯 》。
方法：
👩🏻🍳先煮麵大概10-12分鐘，然後沖凍水過冷河，沖走多餘的麵粉，並令麵條口感更爽口彈牙。
👩🏻🍳味噌湯底加一碗水煮2-3分鐘。
👩🏻🍳加入烏冬麵即成。全天然味道，湯底也可以飲啊！小朋友最喜歡💕
👩🏻🍳如果想食冷麵，烏冬過冷河瀝乾水分後直接加《和風芝麻醬》就可以。
