- Pour the soaked dried shrimps and dried mushrooms and scallops (dried shrimps) into a bowl.
- Fry the dried shrimps and sausages in oil, then add in the mushrooms and scallops to fry (the whole with use high-medium heat), fry until oil is released
- Put a little oil, add glutinous rice and fry for 2 minutes, then start to add a little chicken soup, Stir-fry until the water is completely absorbed, then add the soup and stir-fry again, and fry for about 20 minutes. Do not add too much water each time
- If it is still not cooked enough, slowly add water and continue to fry
- If the glutinous rice is cooked through and sticky, add the fried pork sausages, mushrooms, scallops and shrimps. Stir fry and add seasoning
- Garnish with diced scallions, peanuts and eggs
