Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ro Taste Food and Grocery. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing

Order successfully placed will receive an email confirmation with order and delivery details. Our warehouse will receive your order at the same time and process it immediately. All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days*.

*Order placed after 5pm will be processed on next day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, We will contact you via email or telephone.

Domestic Shipment

We accept orders from all regions of the UK including England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales. We offer Express and Standard delivery service through the UK’s largest dedicated parcel delivery companies,  Evri and DPD couriers. In order to allow the customer to receive their orders as early as possible, we offer the Express delivery for all orders above £55 (England, Scotland, Wales).

*Express services are not always available. Standard Delivery will be offered to North Ireland in all orders. Some locations may cost us more to deliver; They may add a location charge of £3.00 when sending parcels from and delivering parcels to certain postcodes.

** Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier's arrangement and other unexpected issues. 


Local Delivery (Bishop's Stortford, Harlow, Sawbridgeworth, Cambridge)

Free local delivery is available for orders over £20 within Bishop’s Stortford, Harlow and Sawbridgeworth area*.

Deliveries are made within 3 working days from 10am to 6pm on Monday to Friday. We will contact you with SMS or Email to notify you the details of delivery.

Free local delivery is available for orders over £25 within Cambridge area*.

Deliveries are made from 10am to 7pm on Monday. We will contact you with SMS or Email to notify you the details of delivery.

International Delivery

We accept international order to the following EU countries: Germany, Ireland (Republic of) and offer Express and Standard delivery service via UPS, one of the biggest delivery company in the world.

New rules and regulations apply when exporting goods from the UK to Europe after Brexit from 1 July 2021. All commercial goods sent from the UK to any country in the EU are subject to VAT and therefore require customs clearance. These charges will be the responsibility of the customer. The delivery company will handle and take care of your customs clearance process. Customers will receive an email with VAT and customs duties for your parcel. Customers should pay attention and pay the tax and customs duties as soon as possible to ensure that the parcel arrive on time. If customers refused to pay for the tax and custom duties, Ro Taste will not refund the products.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
