Payment Policy

  • What payment do we accept?

Debit Card, Credit Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay

We accept payment by debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.We are unable to accept payment by bank transfer or over the phone.

  • When Can a Payment Fail?

We only charge your card for payment when your items have been packed and are ready to be dispatched. This means that a payment may fail when we are ready to dispatch, rather than when you place your order. You will be automatically notified by email if payment fails.

  • Why Does a Payment Fail?

Although the cause of the failure may vary depending on individual circumstances, these are the most common reasons:
    - Case 1 - Incorrect Details This happens if any of the card details on the payment page were entered incorrectly.
    - Case 2 - Insufficient Credit This happens if, at the time we try to take payment, there is not enough remaining credit on the payment card.

  • Solution

For most cases you may need to contact your bank. They will be able to look into your account history and give you full details as to why your payment could not be processed. If your bank does not have any information about the failed transaction, it is most likely that the card details were incorrectly entered. They can also unblock cards to allow for payments to companies based outside of the issuing country. If this still does not resolve the issue, we will have to cancel your order, and ask you to remake it.
