Pour the soaked dried shrimps and dried mushrooms and scallops (dried shrimps) into a bowl.
Fry the dried shrimps and sausages in oil, then add in the mushrooms and scallops to fry (the whole with use high-medium heat), fry until oil is released
Put a little oil, add glutinous rice and fry for 2 minutes, then start to add a little chicken soup, Stir-fry until the water is completely absorbed, then add the soup and stir-fry again, and fry for about 20 minutes. Do not add too much water each time
If it is still not cooked enough, slowly add water and continue to fry
If the glutinous rice is cooked through and sticky, add the fried pork sausages, mushrooms, scallops and shrimps. Stir fry and add seasoning
Garnish with diced scallions, peanuts and eggs
