Ingredients: Dried Lotus 20g and White Fungus x 1 (soak them overnight); Lump sugar 10g
Boil them with 2-3 bowls of water for 30 minutes

Ingredients: White Fungus x 1 (soak overnight); Red dates x 4-5 (cut into small pieces and remove the seeds); lump sugar 10g
