Chicken salad with sesame sauce—— fresh and healthy choice!

You can make this chicken salad with chicken thigh, chicken breast or whole chicken.🐓

Ingredients: Chicken, cucumber, carrot, sesame sauce, citrus sauce

Steps:

 

1. First rub the meat with small amount of salt and then steam.

2. When it’s done, take it out and let it cool down. (You can keep the broth on the plate for making other dishes like vegetable)

3. Meanwhile, cut some cucumber or carrots into strips.

4. You can also add some salad vegetable as you like.

5. When the chicken is cool down, tear the chicken meat into small pieces (remove the bones if there are).

6. Then mix all of them together, add some sesame sauce on the top. Citrus sauce is another good choice for this salad, adding some aroma and freshness to it!

7. You can also add some udon (water drained) to it to make a Chicken Cucumber Cold Noodle

.    

It is great pick for packed lunch, picnic, or party food.
Easy, healthy, low salt, low fat.
