・You can add different beverages like juices to make white jelly of various colors and flavours.
・Can be used as a substitute for konjac powder and isinglass powder
・1 pack of white jelly (100g) can make 2500g of white jelly
Method:
Mix 2500ml of boiling water with 100g of white jelly powder and 15g of sugar, stir well until the powder is completely dissolved, put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate until it solidifies, then add your favorite toppings like fruits
