Ingredients: Dried Hawthorn 30g, Dried Licorice root pieces, lump sugar 50g, small amount of price powder
Method: Wash the dried hawthorn and licorice root, boil in a pot of 1 litre water for 10 minutes. Then add some prune powder and it’s ready to serve. Serve cold or hot are both great!
