Ingredients:
- 2 lemons;
- 75g Pearl Barley;
- 75g Dried Barley;
- 200g lump sugar;
- 10 pieces of fresh lemongrass;
- 2 litre of water
(You can adjust the ingredients amount according to your preference)
Steps:
1. Boil the water
2. Wash the barley and put into the boiling water
3. Chop the lemongrass into small pieces to allow the aroma come out, put into the water to boil together;
4. After 30 minutes, turn to medium heat. Cut the lemons into small pieces and put into the water with the lump sugar.
5. Boil for another 15 minutes then turn off the heat.
6. Separate the liquid from the solid content then serve.
7. Can freeze the drink for a nice cold drink!
