Mangosteen water is a great drink in summer, which can cool our throat and body, hydrate our lung. The sweet and fresh taste is unforgettable and is loved by adults and kids!
Moreover, dried mangosteen is low in calories, it is often used as a natural sweetener for obese people and diabetes.
It's easy to make this summer drink:
1. Wash the mangosteens,
2. Crack the shell into small pieces, separate the pulp into small pieces too.
3. Add all the shell and pulp into a pot water.
4. Boil for 10 minutes, cool down, remove the content and drink.
5. You can reboil the content again until there is no more flavour.
6. Usually 1 pieces of mangosteen is enough for making 2-3 cups of water.
7. You can also add some more ingredients like Goji Berries, Dried Chrysanthemum etc.
