Mangosteen water is a great drink in summer, which can cool our throat and body, hydrate our lung. The sweet and fresh taste is unforgettable and is loved by adults and kids!🍹
Moreover, dried mangosteen is low in calories, it is often used as a natural sweetener for obese people and diabetes.
It's easy to make this summer drink:
1. Wash the mangosteens,
2. Crack the shell into small pieces, separate the pulp into small pieces too.
3. Add all the shell and pulp into a pot water.
4. Boil for 10 minutes, cool down, remove the content and drink.
5. You can reboil the content again until there is no more flavour.
6. Usually 1 pieces of mangosteen is enough for making 2-3 cups of water.
7. You can also add some more ingredients like Goji Berries, Dried Chrysanthemum etc.
