It’s so hot! Let’s make a sweet soup that helps soothing our throat and rehydrate our body! It can be served chilled too!

Ingredients:

Dried pear slices 8 pieces; white fungus 1 pieces; dried fig 6 pieces; sweet and bitter almond 1 teaspoon; dried jujube 2 pieces; lump sugar small amount

Methods:

1. Soak white fungus till soft, remove the yellow core

2. Wash other ingredients

3. Cut the fig half

4. Add all ingredients and water into the pot, boil with medium heat for 40 minutes

5. Add lump sugar and boil till dissolved then can serve
