Tear cooked chicken into small pieces, shred cucumber, shred carrot, rinse the konjac sheet and drain, add all the ingredients together, add sesame dressing, sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds, mix well then serve
Besides the Konjac sheet, we also have potato vermicelli sheet that can also be used in this dish. Just boil the Potato Vermicelli (Sheet Jelly) until it's soft and cooked through. Rinse with cold water then add other ingredients together.
