Simple miso soup base udon

Wanna have a bowl of noodle quickly? You don’t necessarily just eat the instant noodle. You can cook a bowl of scrumptious Japanese udon quickly and simply!
Ingredients:

🍜Sanuki Shisei Sanuki Udon 1 serving
🍜One serving of miso soup base including a pack miso and a pack of dried ingredients. We have 3 flavours of miso soup base: Fried Tofu, Wakame Seaweed and Green Onion.
Method:
🧑🏽‍🍳Boil the udon noodles for 10-12 minutes until it’s soft.

🧑🏽‍🍳Rinse the noodles with cold water to wash away extra flour and make the noodles more chewy.

🧑🏽‍🍳Boil the miso soup base ingredients in a bowl of water for 2-3 minutes.

🧑🏽‍🍳Add the noodle to the soup base and serve.

🧑🏽‍🍳If you wanna eat the cold noodle, you can simply add the Japanese Sesame Sauce to the noodle after rinsing.

The soup base is made from natural soya bean paste and ingredients, no MSG, you can drink all the soup!
