Singaporean Laksa Soup Noodle

"Por Kwan Laksa Paste" is a bountiful blend of Onion, Galangal, Garlic, Coconut Milk, Shrimp Paste, Lemongrass, Peanut and Chilli. It possess a rich aroma of different herbs and the umami of shrimp.

You just simply add coconut oil and water to it and the you can make a traditional Laksa Soup Noodle. It is best to use the "Rice Vermicelli". You can add some toppings like fish balls, shrimps, sprouts and whatever you like!

Steps:

  1. Boil the Vermicelli for 2-5 minutes until it is soft.
  2. Rinse the vermicelli with cold water for 1 minute.
  3. Add the Laksa Paste, coconut milk and water into the pot and mix well. You can adjust the amount of different ingredients according to your preference. One bottle of Laksa Paste is usually enough for 2-3 servings.
  4. Boil the soup for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add the soup to the vermicelli.
  6. Add different toppings like fish ball, shrimp, sprouts or whatever you like.
  7. Add spice if you like.
