Ingredients:
A box of chicken legs 🍗, remove the bone and cut into pieces, marinate with salte
Red pepper x 3, cut small, remove the seeds
Method:
1. Powder the Chicken with cornstarch, put them in a pan to fry until nearly done
2. Add in the peppers and continue to fry until the peppers are soft
3. Add 2-3 teaspoons of Amoy Sweet and Sour Sour Sauce, fry for another 3-5 minutes.
The smell is so good that make us drool 🤤! Children like this dish so much and can eat a lot!
