Ingredients:
Beef slices; Rice sticks; Onion; Sprout; Basil; Red pepper; Por Kwan Vietnam Beef Flavour Paste
Method:
- Cook through the rice stick, drain the water and put into a bowl
- Boil a pot of water, add one spoonful of soup paste, onion and sprout to cook
- Lastly, turn off the heat, add beef, basil and red pepper
- Soak the beef until it turns pale. Put all the soup and ingredients into the bowl of rice stick.
