Japanese Ueman White Rice Flour is made from sticky rice. The rice flour is a perfect ingredient to make soft and chewy dumplings for dessert.
Today I made the “White Amazake Osmanthus Flower” sweet soup. It is a light dessert with sweet flower aroma and flavour. You can make it within 10 minutes. Let’s try!
1. Boil 2-3 bowls of water, add 1 tsp of osmanthus flowers, 2-3 tbs of white amazake, and small amount of lump sugar. Boil 5 minutes until the sugar is totally melted. |
2. Mix 50g of Japanese Urman White Rice Flour with 45ml of water. Mix until smooth. Round it and put them into another pot of water, boil for 3-4 minutes until the dumplings float, that means they are done. |
3. Take the dumplings out and put them into the amazake and osmanthus flower sweet soup. Finished!
