White Amazake Osmanthus Flower Sweet Soup

Japanese Ueman White Rice Flour is made from sticky rice. The rice flour is a perfect ingredient to make soft and chewy dumplings for dessert.

Today I made the “White Amazake Osmanthus Flower” sweet soup. It is a light dessert with sweet flower aroma and flavour. You can make it within 10 minutes. Let’s try!

 1. Boil 2-3 bowls of water, add 1 tsp of osmanthus flowers, 2-3 tbs of white amazake, and small amount of lump sugar. Boil 5 minutes until the sugar is totally melted.
2. Mix 50g of Japanese Urman White Rice Flour with 45ml of water. Mix until smooth. Round it and put them into another pot of water, boil for 3-4 minutes until the dumplings float, that means they are done.
3. Take the dumplings out and put them into the amazake and osmanthus flower sweet soup. Finished!
