滷水是我最喜歡煮的餸菜之一:簡單、方便、百搭、零失敗、慳時間、冷熱皆宜😆
每次煮滷水,Ro 爸Ro仔都會話好香,仲要用滷水汁撈飯,十分開胃😋
介紹返呢包滷水料大大包有200g,可以整好多次🤩❗️如果做一小煲,大約700-800毫升,用20-30g滷水料已經好入味。內付魚湯袋,十分方便👍🏻
滷水雞翼腩肉食譜
材料:

雞翼 8隻; 五花腩 1條;  蛋 4隻

滷水調味料:

水 700ml; 生抽 8湯羹; 老抽 3湯羹; 滷水料 20-30g 放入魚湯袋;冰糖 20g


做法:

雞翼、五花腩汆水備用; 雞蛋烚熟去殼;

滷水調味料滾起後加入材料,用大火煲5-6分鐘,轉細火炆10分鐘後熄火焗15分鐘。
