英國好多超市都可以買到short ribs，除咗切片打邊爐之外，我最喜歡就係用嚟炆牛腩
。Short ribs 脂肪含量多，炆完好軟熟、入味。但要唔想太肥膩要先飛一飛走外圍啲肥膏，要花少少時間啊！但炆牛腩就好簡單易做！啲汁撈飯一流！

- 牛腩
- 蔥頭、蒜頭幾粒
- 薑片兩片
- 蔥一條
- 配菜：炆牛腩可配白蘿蔔、甘荀或者蕃茄都非常配合
- 調味：柱侯醬、蠔油、冰糖
做法：
- 牛腩片走多餘脂肪，切成麻雀
大細，唔好切太細，因為可以保留肉汁之餘，肉煮熟後會收縮，大一點口感會更佳。 - 拍扁蔥頭、蒜頭、和薑片下油鑊爆香，然後加入牛腩，煎炒5-10分鐘至牛腩4面金黃，有少少燶就啱啱好。
- 加入少量熱水、冰糖、柱侯醬、蠔油，較中細火炆，如果加甘荀可以這個時候加，就會淋啲入味啲。
- 大概炆45分鐘。如果想加白蘿蔔或者蕃茄就在最後15分鐘加入，夠鐘之後熄火，再焗15-30分鐘。
- 最後上碟然後加上蔥花即成！
