蓮藕補氣養血、健脾養胃;扁豆健脾和中,消暑化濕;赤小豆能利水除濕;紅蘿蔔健脾潤燥;粟米就益氣補脾。

如果常春季期間常感困倦,可以每星期煲一次去濕健脾湯。找不到新鮮蓮藕不要緊,我們的蓮藕乾煲的湯也非常好,隔晚把赤小豆、扁豆、蓮藕浸水,第二日加排骨煲湯,味道十分鮮甜濃郁,蓮藕也浸到大大隻,十分有份量!
