自家發芽菜、做韓式醃芽菜
芽菜富含蛋白質、碳水化合物、膳食纖維、礦物質、胡蘿蔔素、核黃素、葉酸、維他命C。嚟到英國，菜都可以自己種，由初階發芽菜開始，簡單又慳家，仲要零失敗呀！😍
芽菜有草青味，點整先好味小朋友又鍾意食？涼拌芽菜非常好，做好放雪櫃，小朋友帶飯方便有益又好味。😋
黃豆、綠豆都可以發芽菜，綠豆芽所含的維他命C較多。黃豆芽即大豆芽則蘊含較多蛋白質，而鈣、鎂、鉀、磷等礦物質亦偏多。綠豆芽簡單易發，等我分享下發綠豆芽同醃芽菜做法啦！😊
- 首先有個發芽菜嘅盒，慳家嘅Ro Ma 話唔使買㗎，用兩個平時買肉嘅膠盒，洗乾淨，其中一個用刀仔吉啲窿响底。
- 綠豆浸一晚水。
- 放一塊濕布响有窿嘅盒上面，均勻放上綠豆。下面用無窿盒兜底。
- 每日早晚為綠豆澆水，然後用布蓋住。
- 3-5 日後芽菜長至手指般長度便可收成，綠豆如有腐壞，可以摘去，根部可以摘去。
醃芽菜做法：
- 芽菜清洗後，放入一鍋水，灑少許鹽巴煮3-5分鐘至軟身。
- 撈起，隔水，用手揸乾水份。
- 放入食物盒，加入適量麻油、糖、和風沙律醬，拌勻後放雪櫃，隨時可吃。
- 如愛辣可以加入韓式辣醬、蒜頭等增添風味。
