您可以簡單地使用「珀寬沙嗲調味混和料」在家中製作您自己的沙嗲菜餚。

調味料有兩包:1)醃料粉; 2) 醬料混合粉

醃料粉適合醃製不同種類的肉,如豬肉、雞肉、牛肉或羊肉。只需將粉末與肉混合,醃製 15 分鐘,即可烤焗、煎、或燒烤。所有方法都可以帶來美味的泰式沙嗲風味。

想更提升香味和口感,你可以在上面加沙嗲醬。把醬料混合粉與椰奶或水和少許油混合,在平底鍋上一邊攪拌一邊細火煮幾分鐘即成。

   

 

 

雞肉沙嗲通常配搭『青瓜洋蔥沙律』:

材料:青瓜片;紅辣椒;洋蔥切絲;
醬汁:湯匙水; 5 湯匙醋; 8湯匙糖; 1/2茶匙鹽;

方法:將水、蒸餾醋、糖、鹽徹底混合,然後加入蔬菜拌勻。
