成份：涼草粉，澱粉
入口爽滑、老少皆宜、是四季使用食品。
做法:
1. 涼粉和水比例是1:25，100G粉要加2500ml 水。
2. 先用250ml 冷水和100G 粉搞拌勻至無顆粒狀。
3. 煲開2250ml 水，加入拌勻粉漿，一邊攪拌至完全混和。一邊繼續煲1-2分鐘。
4. 熄火後放涼，待2-3小時凝固成涼粉狀。
5. 用牙簽或刀背在煲內邊緣挑一圈，再把涼粉切粒，就可倒出涼粉。
6. 放入雪櫃雪凍後，加入蜜糖、煉奶或水果即可享用。
