Method:
1. Wash the chicken, cut it into pieces, blanch in boiling water to remove blood, and then rinse with water.
2. After soaking the bamboo fungus in water until soft, Cut off the mushroom cap of the bamboo fungus, then cut into small pieces and blanch in boiling water for later use.
3. Take a pot, add water and ginger slices and bring to a boil, add the chicken pieces and the bamboo fungus, turn to low heat and cook for about 25 minutes.
4. Add a bit salt.
