1: Put 2 & 1/2 cups of sushi rice in the cooker, wash it once or twice. Then drain the water.
2: Add a bag of Octopus/ Crab Rice Seasoning mix into the rice.
3: Press the button and wait, you will smell the aroma after 30 minutes. No hurry, just leave the rice to stay for 10-15 minutes more after it is fully cooked. That will make the rice absorb all the moisture, becomes soft and chewy!
4: Finally, serve and enjoy!
