Ingredients: Grass jelly powder, starch
Instructions:
Powder to Water ratio 1:25
A pack of 100g jelly powder mix with 2.5L of water
Cooking Methods:
- Add 250ml cool water to mix well with the powder
- Boil 2250ml water, when it is bubbling, add the mixture into the boiling water.
- Stir and mix well, at the same time, keep boiling for 1-2 more minutes.
- Then let it cool down for 2-3 hours and form jelly.
- Use the back of the knife to cut around the edge. Then cut into cubes and pour out.
- Fridge (3-6 degree) it and serve it cold with honey, milk or fruit
