Ingredients: Grass jelly powder, starch

Instructions:

Powder to Water ratio 1:25

A pack of 100g jelly powder mix with 2.5L of water

Cooking Methods:

Add 250ml cool water to mix well with the powder
Boil 2250ml water, when it is bubbling, add the mixture into the boiling water.
Stir and mix well, at the same time, keep boiling for 1-2 more minutes.
Then let it cool down for 2-3 hours and form jelly.
Use the back of the knife to cut around the edge. Then cut into cubes and pour out.
Fridge (3-6 degree) it and serve it cold with honey, milk or fruit
