步驟：

1. 今次用超市嘅雞扒、雞胸或全雞都可以做到，就算唔係走地雞都可以整得好好食㗎！ 2. 首先用少量鹽醃一醃雞肉，然後蒸熟，記住蒸完雞時碟上的汁水可以留來做上湯、炒菜都可。 3. 蒸熟後放涼，拆飲、起骨。 4. 切青瓜、甘荀成幼條。亦可加入其他沙律菜。 5. 拌入雞肉，加上芝麻醬即成。另外，柚子醬亦和這冷盤十分配合，味道更加提升！
