上集講雞嘅食譜大家都好喜歡,今次再分享一個一雞兩味,健康又好味嘅《手撕雞沙律》同《青瓜雞絲冷麵》食譜。

材料:雞肉、青瓜、甘荀、芝麻醬

步驟:

1. 今次用超市嘅雞扒、雞胸或全雞都可以做到,就算唔係走地雞都可以整得好好食㗎!

2. 首先用少量鹽醃一醃雞肉,然後蒸熟,記住蒸完雞時碟上的汁水可以留來做上湯、炒菜都可。

3. 蒸熟後放涼,拆飲、起骨。

4. 切青瓜、甘荀成幼條。亦可加入其他沙律菜。

5. 拌入雞肉,加上芝麻醬即成。另外,柚子醬亦和這冷盤十分配合,味道更加提升!

如果有剩,下一餐可以加入冷烏冬成青瓜雞絲冷麵,帶飯、野餐都十分方便又美味呢!健康、簡單、低鈉、低脂。
