我哋其一款最受歡迎食材非蟲草花莫屬。
我之前好少用蟲草花入饌，但見好多靚媽兩包三包咁入貨，早兩日忍唔住煲咗個靚湯「蟲草花花菇豬𦟌湯」。
蟲草花是近年新興的養生食材，很多人說它是平民補品，皆因它價錢大眾化，功效卻不亞於冬蟲草等名貴藥材。它以補肺益腎見稱，在秋冬轉季期間尤其適合，有助紓緩鼻敏感、改善手腳冰冷等。除了適宜煲湯外，也適合拌炒、蒸雞等。蟲草花亦有助腸臟蠕動，預防便秘。
而花菇也是營養價值很高的食物，花菇因為養殖要求高，生長速度更慢，所以成品營養吸收更多，多吃花菇可以幫助消化、促進新陳代謝等多種功效，藥用價值較高，更有着「植物皇后」之稱。
蟲草花、花菇、杞子、黨蔘、豬𦟌一起煲湯，滋補養生，健脾護肝。雖不像粟米紅蘿蔔煲的湯清甜，卻有陣菇和蟲草花的香，小朋友都喜愛。
