我哋其一款最受歡迎食材非蟲草花莫屬。
我之前好少用蟲草花入饌，但見好多靚媽兩包三包咁入貨，早兩日忍唔住煲咗個靚湯「蟲草花花菇豬𦟌湯」。
蟲草花是近年新興的養生食材，很多人說它是平民補品，皆因它價錢大眾化，功效卻不亞於冬蟲草等名貴藥材。它以補肺益腎見稱，在秋冬轉季期間尤其適合，有助紓緩鼻敏感、改善手腳冰冷等。除了適宜煲湯外，也適合拌炒、蒸雞等。蟲草花亦有助腸臟蠕動，預防便秘。
