自家發芽菜、做韓式醃芽菜
芽菜富含蛋白質、碳水化合物、膳食纖維、礦物質、胡蘿蔔素、核黃素、葉酸、維他命C。嚟到英國,菜都可以自己種,由初階發芽菜開始,簡單又慳家,仲要零失敗呀!😍
芽菜有草青味,點整先好味小朋友又鍾意食?涼拌芽菜非常好,做好放雪櫃,小朋友帶飯方便有益又好味。😋
黃豆、綠豆都可以發芽菜,綠豆芽所含的維他命C較多。黃豆芽即大豆芽則蘊含較多蛋白質,而鈣、鎂、鉀、磷等礦物質亦偏多。綠豆芽簡單易發,等我分享下發綠豆芽同醃芽菜做法啦!😊
- 首先有個發芽菜嘅盒,慳家嘅Ro Ma 話唔使買㗎,用兩個平時買肉嘅膠盒,洗乾淨,其中一個用刀仔吉啲窿响底。
- 綠豆浸一晚水。
- 放一塊濕布响有窿嘅盒上面,均勻放上綠豆。下面用無窿盒兜底。
- 每日早晚為綠豆澆水,然後用布蓋住。
- 3-5 日後芽菜長至手指般長度便可收成,綠豆如有腐壞,可以摘去,根部可以摘去。
醃芽菜做法:
- 芽菜清洗後,放入一鍋水,灑少許鹽巴煮3-5分鐘至軟身。
- 撈起,隔水,用手揸乾水份。
- 放入食物盒,加入適量麻油、糖、和風沙律醬,拌勻後放雪櫃,隨時可吃。
- 如愛辣可以加入韓式辣醬、蒜頭等增添風味。
