蝦卷食譜(越南春捲)

原料:
500克大蝦(去皮)、100克米粉、1/2杯生菜絲、3湯匙豆芽、1根切細條的黃瓜、去籽、薄荷葉和香菜、1包玫瑰宣紙

做法:
1. 將米粉煮至軟,然後瀝乾,用冷水沖洗乾淨,瀝乾,切成4cm長
2. 開水煮蝦,加少許鹽
3. 把所有的蔬菜和蝦和米粉混合在一個碗裡
4. 將米紙在溫水中慢慢浸軟 10 秒,直到米紙變軟
5. 將混合物放在米紙上,然後向一側折疊並牢牢捲起
6. 蘸醬食用
