十足滿分又簡單港式叉燒
以前做叉燒,需要用很醬汁調味,但味道和賣相也不太理想,幸好現在用這個叉燒調味粉,不得了!一包粉就可以!味道和顏色都十足港式叉燒!輕鬆又簡單!
方法:
- 預備一包排骨或一公斤左右豬肉,越肥越好,例如pork shoulder / pork belly
- 用100ml左右水調勻調味粉,如想提升香味,可加少許玫瑰露或紹興酒,我用了自家製玫瑰露。先醃肉大概3小時,醃過夜更入味
- 放焗爐220度焗20分鐘(大概,視乎豬肉厚度,不要焗太耐否側會太乾
- 取少許麥芽糖用一點熱水攪溶,搽上叉燒面再焗多3分鐘即成
