Preparation Time: 5mins
Cooking Time: 20mins
Easiness: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 lb Skin-on salmon
- 4 tbsp Shio koji
INSTRUCTIONS
TO MARINATE SALMON
-
Pat dry the salmon to remove any moisture with a paper towel. Cut the salmon into 4 pieces.
-
Distribute shio koji to all sides of salmon, including the skin. Cover with plastic and refrigerate overnight. If you want to freeze the uncooked salmon, you must store the marinated salmon in an airtight freezer bag and store in the freezer for up to a month.
TO COOK SALMON
-
Line a baking sheet with foil and preheat the oven to broil. When broiling, you don't control the temperature in the oven; instead, you control the distance between the broiler and the surface of the food. If you don’t have a broiler, preheat the oven to 425ºF.
-
Remove the shio koji from the salmon fillet as it gets burn easily. Place the salmon on the prepared baking sheet, 1-2 inches apart from each other.
-
Broil the salmon for 10 minutes. When the top is nicely charred, flip so the side of the salmon is now up. Put the salmon back in the oven and bake for another 5-8 minutes until the instant-read thermometer reads 165ºF – the safe internal temperature of the salmon. To bake, place the salmon in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
-
Serve warm or at room temperature.
TO STORE
-
You can keep the left overs in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and in the freezer for1 month.

HAVE YOU LOST A FORTUNE TO ROMANCE SCAM, CRYPTOCURRENCY INVESTMENT FRAUDSTERS, PIG BUTCHERING HOAX, PHISHING LINKS & ET CETERA ? HERE COMES REDEMPTION WITH EMERALD HACKS….SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION WITH AN EXPERT TODAY.
Emeraldhacks was founded by a small group of blockchain analysts and financial-crime investigators who spent years building tracing tools for exchanges and law enforcement. We saw the same pattern too often: a victim reports a scam, and the trail goes cold because no one follows it fast enough.
We built Emeraldhacks to close that gap. Every case is handled by an analyst, not a call-center script — and every case gets an honest read on whether recovery is realistic before you spend a dollar.

Crypto Scam Recovery Company - Consult Alpha Recovery Experts
ALPHA RECOVERY EXPERTS provides successful crypto recovery services to investors who have lost money to crypto scams. I was recently duped by One fake broker I met on Instagram who introduced me to cryptocurrency investment. I liked the idea and opted to invest through the site. Initially, I invested a small portion of my portfolio which was profitable but then I kept on investing more money, which I continued to do until the website vanished. I was unable to withdraw any money prior to the incident, but I’m excited I was able to get my funds back with the help of ALPHA RECOVERY EXPERTS crypto recovery team.
