日式照燒雞扒

材料:雞髀扒 2塊

醃料:

醬油 1湯匙

味醂 1湯匙

日本料酒 1/2湯匙

糖 2茶匙

照燒汁:

醬油 2湯匙

味醂 2湯匙

日本料理清酒 1湯匙

糖 2湯匙 (可按口味調整)

做法:

1. 混合醃料,雞扒洗淨印乾,醃30分鐘。

2. 下油熱鑊,雞皮向下,中火煎香一面後反轉,煎數分鐘至雞扒約八成熟。

3. 倒入醬汁,加蓋,轉小火續煮約2-3分鐘至雞扒熟透。

4. 開蓋續煮約1-2分鐘至稍為收汁,呈理想濃稠度。雞扒切件放上飯面,灑上芝麻即成。
