- 干し葛 300-350グラム
- 小豆とレンズ豆 30グラム
- 皮 2ピース
- 砂糖漬けの日付 3粒
地元のスーパーマーケットからの材料:
- コーン 1-2ストリップ
- にんじん 3ストリップ
- 豚骨 4-5年
- 生姜スライス 10ピース
準備：
1. まず豚骨を凍った水に入れる7生姜のスライスを沸騰させ、水を強火で約1時間沸騰させます10-15数分後、ショウガのスライスを取り出し、後で使用できるように洗います
2. 干し葛をボウルで洗い、きれいな水に30分浸します
3. 皮をボウルで洗い、30分ほどきれいな水に浸します。 45分。柔らかくなったら、パウチをこすり落とし、後で使用するために洗ってください
4. 小豆とレンズ豆を水に約30分浸し、すすぎ、取っておきます
5. 水に浸したデーツの砂糖漬け 2-3 分、すすぎ、取っておきます
6. とうもろこしはいくつかに切り、にんじんは皮をむき、一口大に切る
練習：
1. 干し葛とそのつけ汁を鍋に入れる
2. 他の洗った材料の皮、小豆、レンズ豆、砂糖漬けのナツメヤシ、豚骨、とうもろこし、にんじん、しょうがをすべて鍋に入れる
3. 鍋に適量の水を入れる
4. 強火にかけて沸騰したら弱火にして約1分煮る1.5-2時間
5. 最後に塩で味を調える
