中華風ミックススパイスは私のお気に入りの一品です。手羽先、豚バラ肉、豆腐、卵など、さまざまな種類の肉を調理するのにこの塩水を使用できます。シンプルで美味しいです！
このミックススパイスパックは、数回使用できる大きなパック（200g）で、毎回20-30gのミックススパイスで十分です。次のレシピを参照してください。
材料：手羽先8枚。豚バラ肉1個;卵4個
塩水調味料：700mlの水;薄口醤油8杯。濃醤油3杯。魚のスープバッグに入った20〜30gの混合スパイス。氷砂糖20g
方法：
- 手羽先と豚バラ肉を水で5〜10分間茹で、水を洗い流します。
- 完了するまで卵をゆで、殻をはがします。
- 塩水調味料を茹で、肉と卵を加え、強火で5〜6分煮、弱火にして10分煮てから火を止めて15分待つ。
