材料：
- カルビ/ブリスケット
- （オプション）ねぎ、にんにく、生姜数個
- ソース：「チーホウソース」、オイスターソース、ランプシュガー
- にんじん、大根、トマトは牛肉と一緒に煮込むのに最適です
方法：
- 油っぽさを減らすために、最初に牛肉の脂肪を取り除き、次に骨を取り除く必要があります。肉を卵のように小さすぎない立方体の大きさに切ります。
- 油と玉ねぎ、にんにく、生姜を熱い鍋に入れ、香りがするまで1〜2分炒めます。
- 次に、肉を鍋に入れ、両側が少し茶色がかって少し焦げるまで5〜10分間炒めます。
- 次に、お湯、チーホーソース（小さじ1〜2）、オイスターソース（小さじ1〜2）、塊砂糖（数個）を追加します。
- 必要に応じて、最初にニンジンを追加します。
- 次に中火で45分煮ます。
- 大根やトマトを入れたい場合は、まず牛肉を30分ほど煮てから、15分ほど加えます。
- その後、火を消し、さらに15〜30分間覆いをします。
- ねぎを入れて召し上がれ！
