・水を入れるだけでゼリーが結晶のように半透明に。

・ジュースなどの飲み物を加えて、さまざまな色や味の白いゼリーを作ることができます。

・こんにゃく粉、アイシングラス粉の代用としてもご使用いただけます

・白いゼリー1パック（100g）で2500gの白いゼリーができます

方法：

白いゼリーパウダー100gと砂糖15gを熱湯2500mlに混ぜ、粉が完全に溶けるまでよくかき混ぜ、冷蔵庫に入れて冷やし固め、フルーツなどお好みのトッピングをする
