材料: 乾燥サンザシ 30g、カンゾウ 1～2本、氷砂糖 50g、梅粉 適量
飲み方：干しサンザシとカンゾウを洗い、水1リットルに氷砂糖を入れて10分煮てから火を止め、梅の粉を適量まぶして飲む.水を加えることで調整できます。
