やってみよう：
- お好み焼き粉1袋(250g)に卵大2個と水230mlを混ぜます。
- 貝類や千切りキャベツなどの具材を混ぜます。
- フライパン、グリドル、またはホットプレートを予熱し、少量の油を塗ります。
- 混合物を注ぎ、円形に成形します。その上に豚肉を乗せます。
- 縁が固まってきたらひっくり返し、さらに3～4分焼く。
- お好み焼きまたは照り焼きソース、鰹節、青のり、マヨネーズをトッピングして、アツアツを召し上がれ。
