方法：
1.白い菌を柔らかくなるまで浸し、黄色い芯を取り除きます
2.他の材料を洗う
3.イチジクを半分に切る
4.鍋にすべての材料と水を加え、中火で40分間沸騰させます
5.しこり砂糖を加え、溶けるまで煮てから召し上がれます
