- お好みの肉を半熟になるまで揚げる
- カレーペーストを大さじ2～3加える
- 水100mlとココナッツミルク165mlを加えてよくかき混ぜる
- 香りを豊かにするために、乾燥したレモングラスを加えることができます
- パームシュガー大さじ1～2を加えて固いので、金属のスプーンですくってよくかき混ぜる
- お好みでにんじん、キャベツなどの野菜を添えて
- 全体がなじむまで中火で煮る
- お好みでチリやバジルの葉をのせて
