 三款材料做出美味的泰式咖喱

你喜歡泰式咖喱嗎？只需三款材料便可以做至餐館級的美味泰國咖喱：咖喱醬、椰奶、棕櫚糖，如想多一點香味，可再加一點香茅乾。配上你喜歡的肉類和蔬菜，即成最佳的拌飯好餸！

食譜：

  1. 炒肉類例如雞、牛、豬至半熟
  2. 加2-3湯匙咖喱醬
  3. 加100ml水和165ml椰奶，拌勻
  4. 如想增添香味，可加一點香茅乾
  5. 加上1-2湯匙棕櫚糖，拌勻，棕櫚糖比較硬，可用鐵匙羹刮出
  6. 加入你喜愛的蔬菜例如蘿蔔、椰菜
  7. 用中火煮至所有材料熟透
  8. 最後可加上辣椒和羅勒葉拌碟
