越南生牛肉湯河

唔使花時間煲湯底,只需10分鐘,用呢個由各種香料調製、充滿越南風味嘅湯底醬料就煮到,簡單又方便!即刻有去咗越南餐廳嘅感覺呀!

材料:牛肉片;河粉; 洋蔥;芽菜;九層塔;辣椒;珀寬越式牛肉河粉醬

方法:

  1. 煮熟河粉後放碗
  2. 煲開一煲水,加一湯匙牛肉河粉醬,煮洋蔥、芽菜
  3. 熄火,最後加入牛肉、九層塔、辣椒
  4. 牛肉浸熟後將湯和湯料倒入河粉即成
